{"id":13799,"date":"2026-04-13T22:33:39","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T04:33:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elhijodelllanero.mx\/?p=13799"},"modified":"2026-04-13T22:33:39","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T04:33:39","slug":"repartidores-presionan-por-justicia-alcalde-promete-acompanamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elhijodelllanero.mx\/index.php\/2026\/04\/13\/repartidores-presionan-por-justicia-alcalde-promete-acompanamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Repartidores presionan por justicia; Alcalde promete acompa\u00f1amiento."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Celaya, Gto. 13 de abril del 2026.-La muerte de un repartidor de plataforma, presuntamente provocada por una conductora en estado de ebriedad, deton\u00f3 la movilizaci\u00f3n de sus compa\u00f1eros, quienes acudieron a la Presidencia Municipal para exigir que el caso no quede impune.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo de trabajadores de reparto, pertenecientes a distintas aplicaciones, manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n ante la posibilidad de que el proceso legal pueda verse influenciado, por lo que solicitaron respaldo directo de las autoridades municipales para vigilar el desarrollo del caso.<\/p>\n<p>Tras el encuentro, el alcalde Juan Miguel Ram\u00edrez S\u00e1nchez asegur\u00f3 que el gobierno local dar\u00e1 acompa\u00f1amiento a los afectados y canalizar\u00e1 el seguimiento ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, con el objetivo de garantizar que se act\u00fae conforme a la ley.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de los acuerdos, autoridades municipales facilitar\u00e1n apoyo institucional durante el proceso, incluyendo el acceso a material de videovigilancia del C4 que pueda contribuir al esclarecimiento de los hechos.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana confirm\u00f3 que la persona detenida presentaba signos de intoxicaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica al momento de su aseguramiento, por lo que ser\u00e1 la autoridad ministerial la encargada de determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del caso particular, la situaci\u00f3n volvi\u00f3 a poner sobre la mesa los riesgos asociados a la conducci\u00f3n bajo los efectos del alcohol, as\u00ed como la vulnerabilidad de quienes trabajan diariamente en las calles para ganarse la vida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Celaya, Gto. 13 de abril del 2026.-La muerte de un repartidor de plataforma, presuntamente provocada por una conductora en estado de ebriedad, deton\u00f3 la movilizaci\u00f3n de sus compa\u00f1eros, quienes acudieron a la Presidencia Municipal para exigir que el caso no quede impune.
