Porque resolver conflictos hablando sigue siendo una tecnolog\u00eda que algunos servidores p\u00fablicos parecen no desbloquear.<\/p>\n<p>En el video, difundido ampliamente en redes sociales, se observa una discusi\u00f3n que r\u00e1pidamente escala. Uno de los agentes golpea a un joven en el rostro, provocando que caiga al suelo, mientras otros oficiales forcejean con otro civil para someterlo en plena v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>La grabaci\u00f3n ha generado molestia y debate entre usuarios, quienes cuestionan el actuar de los elementos involucrados.
